Huge thanks to London Legacy and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Team for having us at their International Women’s Day Event. An amazing 627 girls and young women from 21 schools in the local boroughs took part and tried 15 different activities. We were delighted to have so many girls come and try wallball under the guidance of Coach Sam and a Park Champion Volunteer.
Overall, it was such a great event. The girls loved every moment of it and I feel that they were really empowered
Well done to Jade and her team at LLDC for organising such a monumental day and we really look forward to next year!
